Things I eat to maintain a weight above 150lbs:

Cases of bratwurst.
Pork steaks.
Large bowls of spaghetti noodles. Like, popcorn bowls.
Cheese. Blocks or slices. Muenster or Pepper Jack but really anything.
Put mayo on everything.
Peanut butter.
Whole batches of cookies.
Whole boxes of triscuits.
Apples.
Lots of water.
Rice-a-roni or just plain rice.

Last weekend I went out and ate double cheeseburgers and chili-cheese fries with coffee, then I came home and ate pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes with gravy, roast beef, ceasar salad and green bean cassarole. I went back for two helping of that second dinner and afterwards I had some real gas.

But I keep the weight at a certain level because when it gets too low... I worry. My diet could probably use some help though.

Good point. A general weight zone is a better marker. Say 5’6” girl 120ish. General opinion seems to concure.
How much does smoke weigh? hil, you probably have a pound or two of soot in your lungs and pores.

Yeah, I like to just say - Not under 150 today so I'm OK. 117 is not a problem. You can be thrown a good distance at that weight. I'm not sure about it from the perspective of a dietician or real evaluation of BMI and overall health... but you seem to be holding together.

If you go a few days or a week or two without beer you will experience weight loss. No doubt.
