office meditation

Zen practices that you can do at work:

1. Washing transparencies
2. Arranging a paperclip into various postures: the TA", the "overhead projector" and the "student sleeping on desk"
3. Office hours : so empty that you can hear a coffee stain seep through the freshly printed handouts.

I lost my coffee mug yesterday. There was this whole strange letter drop-off in the afternoon. There is a bit of fog after that. It got dark and I went home. I realized that the mug was gone much later. Nevermind. I just found it. Now I have two.

Ummm... meditations though... hmm... I do Simpsons Trivia. I also draw pictures with a variety of colorful inkpens and markers. Making lists is also good. Put them in folders.
