giant props to Boston Legal

for the "autistic lawyer" episode that aired last night (Tuesday, January 17).

Onscreen, my people have finally evolved out of their pyjamas.

I have to confess that I just have no knowledge of this show. It sounds nice and courtroom drama is much more entertaining when you don't have to participate in it, I've just never had the chance opportunity to see this show or watch enough of any episode to attach my memory of the story or actors to the name of the series.

I find that the thing that I enjoy most about courtroom or cop shows is complaining about the way that they distort reality when they talk about forensic results or something like that. They never get the science right or at least specific enough for me to be impressed. I have to be sedated to be kept from changing the station or just turning it off and finding something else to do.

I'm with you Mitchell on those stupid shows, but for me it is the 'good' acting that is amusingly bad, and the sophmoric dialog.

Autistics joining the frey, soon they will be waging war on lakes, and all things that make loud girndy, whinny noises.
